Talent is the HR module of Prometheus. Whether you have one employee or a team of fifty, it centralises everything related to your staff: who is working when, who has taken leave, and who has expenses to be reimbursed.
If you are a solo entrepreneur with no employees, this module is not useful for you right now. You can ignore it and come back when you hire.
What You Can Do in Talent
- View employee profiles — personal information, job title, and start date
- Manage leave requests — your team submits requests, you approve them with a single click
- Process expense claims — staff attach their receipts, you approve, and the reimbursement is tracked
- View the team calendar — see at a glance who is present and who is absent
Guide — Approve a Leave Request
When a team member submits a leave request, you receive a notification. Here is how to process it:
- In the left menu, click Talent
- Click Leave in the submenu
- In the Pending Approval tab, you see all unprocessed requests
- Click the request you want to review
- Check the requested dates and the employee’s remaining leave balance (shown automatically)
- Click Approve or Reject
- If you reject, add an explanatory note — your team member will receive it by email
The team calendar updates automatically.
Guide — Process an Expense Claim
- In the left menu, click Talent
- Click Expense Claims
- Select the pending claim
- Review the details: date, amount, description, and the receipt photo attached by the employee
- Check that the receipt matches the declared expense
- Click Approve Reimbursement or Reject
- If you approve, enter the planned reimbursement date
An automatic confirmation email is sent to your employee.
Guide — Add a New Employee
When you hire someone, create their profile in Prometheus so they can access the system:
- In Talent, click Employees
- Click New Employee
- Fill in: First Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, Start Date, and Department
- Assign a Role (this determines what they can see and do in Prometheus)
- Click Save — an invitation email is automatically sent to the new employee
