Architect lets you create professional web pages for your business without any developer or coding knowledge. Think of it as a visual page builder — similar in spirit to Canva — but integrated directly into your Prometheus workspace and connected to your client data.
What you can create:
- A contact page with a form (replaces a Google Form)
- A service presentation page
- A landing page for a promotion or a new offer
- A simple client portal page
How Architect Works
Architect works with blocks — pre-built content sections that you drag, drop, and customise:

Guide — Create Your First Page
- In the left menu, click Architect
- Click New Page
- Give the page a title (e.g. “Contact Us”)
- The editor opens with an empty canvas
- Click the + button to add your first block
- Select Text and type your heading and introduction
- Continue adding blocks to build your layout
- When satisfied, click Publish
Prometheus generates a unique URL for your page (e.g. https://app.your-company.com/p/contact-us). Share this link or embed it in your existing website.
Guide — Add a Contact Form
- In the page editor, click + to add a block
- Select Form
- The form editor opens with default fields: Name, Email, Message
- Click Add Field to add extra fields (e.g. Phone, Subject)
- In Destination Email, verify your email address is correct
- Click Save Form
When someone submits your form, you receive a notification and the message appears as a ticket in Assistance.
Guide — Apply Your Brand Colours
- In the top-right corner of the editor, click Page Settings
- Change the Primary Colour (used for buttons and headings)
- Change the Background Colour
- Click Apply
Frequently Asked Questions
Can people outside my company see the pages I publish? Yes — published pages are publicly accessible via their URL. To make a page visible only to logged-in Prometheus users, toggle Private in the page settings before publishing.
Can I unpublish a page? Yes. Open the page in Architect and click Unpublish. The URL will return a “not found” message.
Is there a limit on the number of pages I can create? No. You can create as many pages as you need.
